Job Description:
To lead and guide the Property Management team and overall supervision of a team daily operation, staff recruitment, training and staff assessment.
To assist owners in formation of Owners’ Association (OA).
To attend owners’ meeting with liaise service contract and service fees with the Owners’ Association.
To ensure tenant / contractor / landlord compliance with statutory and contractual obligations.
To support the executives in managing tenants’ concerns and resolve issues timely.
To review structure, processes and policies, set standards and best practices for the department.
To ensure through excellent management, strategy and planning, operation and building maintenance services delivery, advice and support to the team.
To prepare and managing budget and saving.
To carry out various property management tasks as directed if necessary.
Job Requirements:
University Graduate or above.
Minimum 6-8 years in managerial level in Property Management industry and sizable company.
Familiar with Macau Civil Code and law, especially in property industry.
Good command of both written & spoken English and Chinese.
