Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all culinary operations.

  • Responsible for planning and ensuring all culinary production is maintained at consistent high standards.

  • Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all kitchens and that all adhere to their budgeted operating costs of sales.

  • Monitor food quality, cost control and hygiene standard.

  • Responsible for menu development, design recipes and create new dishes.

  • Responsible for all training and career development within kitchen team.

  • Perform all duties in accordance with company’s policies and within the realm of company’s mission statement.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 20 years' experience with at least 10 years at Executive Chef or similar capacity.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent in Production Management specializing in Food & Beverage Management.

  • Excellent language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.

  • Able to operate computer and proficiency with MS Office.

  • Must be able to work various shifts to include weekends and holidays.

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, team building and problem-solving skills are required.

  • Ability to maintain consistent and high-quality food standards.
