Job Responsibilities:
Oversee all culinary operations.
Responsible for planning and ensuring all culinary production is maintained at consistent high standards.
Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all kitchens and that all adhere to their budgeted operating costs of sales.
Monitor food quality, cost control and hygiene standard.
Responsible for menu development, design recipes and create new dishes.
Responsible for all training and career development within kitchen team.
Perform all duties in accordance with company’s policies and within the realm of company’s mission statement.
Job Requirements:
Minimum of 20 years' experience with at least 10 years at Executive Chef or similar capacity.
High School Diploma or equivalent in Production Management specializing in Food & Beverage Management.
Excellent language skills in English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
Able to operate computer and proficiency with MS Office.
Must be able to work various shifts to include weekends and holidays.
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, communication, team building and problem-solving skills are required.
Ability to maintain consistent and high-quality food standards.
