Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and processes.

• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.

• Analyze and document business requirements, processes, and workflows.

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories.

• Develop use cases and test plans to ensure that the solution meets the business requirements.

• Identify and communicate project risks and issues to stakeholders.

• Participate in project meetings and provide updates on project status.

• Perform user acceptance testing and provide feedback to the development team.

• Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.

• Provide ongoing support to end-users.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.

• Experience in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving and analytical skills.
