Job Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent and professional service to all guests, assist on their requests and inquiries, anticipate needs, resolve complaints, and build rapport with the guests.

• Liaise with kitchen and beverage teams to maintain a smooth flow of service.

• Support restaurant operations in achieving all goals and key performance objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Have a well-groomed appearance and good attitude.

• Energetic and passionate.

• With F&B services experience, and nice to have 4–5-star Hotel or quality restaurant experience.

• Fluent in English, and good in Mandarin or Cantonese.
