Job Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and monitoring the research and development teams in Macau, mainland China and overseas countries.

• Formulating and executing the overall strategy for technical support to the operation of electronic gaming machines and systems in casinos managed by the Group in Macau.

• Lead, mentor, and manage the team, fostering a high-performance culture and promoting business growth.

• Overseeing the activities of the sale and marketing teams for Macau and overseas markets.

• Expanding machine deployment opportunities by strategically develop relationships and growing existing and potential customers.

• Undertaking projects and ad-hoc tasks as required by senior management from time to time.

  
  

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree or above.

• Experienced in gaming industry, particularly in technical and/or sale and marketing fields of electronic gaming equipment and systems business, is an added advantage.

• Strong leadership, organizational, planning and interpersonal skills.

• Good working attitude with a high level of professionalism, integrity, initiative and a team player.

• Excellent networking and leadership skills.

• Proficiency in English and Chinese (an advantage but not a must) with good communication and presentation skills.
