Job Responsibilities:
Welcoming and serving guests according to the given instructions and established service standards.
Provide F&B service to premium guests, handling guests’ needs and inquires.
Communicate with guests, colleagues, other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Liaise with kitchen and teams to maintain a smooth flow of guest service.
Job Requirements:
High school graduate or diploma holder.
With customer service experience, working in reputable restaurants or hotels is advantage.
Excellent F&B product and service knowledge and good customer service skills.
Fluent in English, able to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.
