Job Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming and serving guests according to the given instructions and established service standards.

  • Provide F&B service to premium guests, handling guests’ needs and inquires.

  • Communicate with guests, colleagues, other departments to ensure guest needs are met.

  • Liaise with kitchen and teams to maintain a smooth flow of guest service.

 

Job Requirements:

  • High school graduate or diploma holder.

  • With customer service experience, working in reputable restaurants or hotels is advantage.

  • Excellent F&B product and service knowledge and good customer service skills.

  • Fluent in English, able to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.
