* VIP 구역에서 호텔 서비스 앰배서더로 활동
* 호텔에 숙박하는 모든 VIP 고객에게 관련 숙소 및 관련 서비스를 제공
      예) 프런트 오피스 및 컨시어지 서비스,
          개인 맞춤형 버틀러 서비스 등.

* 고객의 개인 정보, 선호도 및 습관을 이해하여 최상의 맞춤형 호텔 서비스를 제공

* 호텔 체크인 및 체크아웃 과정을 신속하고 예의 바르며 전문적인방식으로 수행

* 고객의 도착/출발 지점이나 호텔/카지노 내의 모든 위치에서 고객을 에스코트하며, 고객의 요구에 따라 서비스
* 여기에는 호텔 투어, 호텔 스위트 및 서비스 소개, 짐 풀기 및 싸기, 다림질, 수선 및 구두 폴리싱, 그리고 하우스키핑 빠른 청소 서비스 등이 포함

* 고객의 서비스 요청이 신속하게 처리되고 고객의 기대에 부응해야함
* 관련 부서와 적극적으로 소통하여 고객의 선호에 따라 적절하고 최상의 서비스를 제공함

지원자격:
* 학력: 대학교 졸업 이상
* 한국인(한국어 원어민)

* 호텔 / 관광 경영 전공자

Job Responsibilities:

• Act as a hotel service ambassador in the VIP area by providing relevant accommodation arrangements and related services to every top VIP guest staying in the hotel, such as Front Office & Concierge service, personalized Butler service, etc.

• Understand guest’s personal information, preferences and habits to ensure the provision of best personalized hotel service.

• Perform the hotel check-in and check-out process in a timely, courteous and professional manner.

• Escort guest to and from the arrival/ departure points or any location in Hotel/ Casino to the hotel suites and serve the guest according to guest’s needs, including but not limited to: hotel tour, introduction of hotel suite and services, unpacking and packing of luggage, ironing, mending and shoe polishing, and housekeeping fast cleaning service, etc.

• Ensure guest’s service requests are followed up in a timely manner and up to guest’s expectations. Proactively communicate with all relevant departments to deliver the right and best services according to guest’s preferences.

Job Requirements:

• University graduate is required; preferably in hospitality/ hotel management.

• With excellent customer service mindset.

• Well-groomed and professional appearance.

• With hotel/ premium customer service experience is preferred.

• Computer literacy is a must and knowledge of Opera System is an advantage.

• Native in Korean, fluent in Mandarin and knowledge in English is an advantage.
