Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the restaurant runs smoothly to established operating procedures.

  • Manage the restaurant cost-effectively and efficiently within budget.

  • Develop and implement an innovative business strategy to maximize revenue and productivity.

  • Monitor consumption and maximize capacity of resources and equipment.

  • Work closely with culinary team to design menus and promotions.

  • Maintain good working relationships with various internal and external parties.

  • Address guests' requests and handle complaints promptly and to their satisfaction.

  • Provide supervision, direction and leadership to the team to achieve department goals.

  • Delegate tasks fairly and equitably among the management team and promote team work.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Secondary school diploma or above; Bachelor degree in hospitality management will be an advantage.

  • Minimum 8 years' F&B management experience which with at least 3 years in multiple outlets within a retail environment.

  • With proven track record in managing a diverse portfolio of cuisines (Chinese, Asian, Western and international concepts) and experience in dealing with different reputable branded outlets.

  • Team player with excellent leadership, management and supervisory abilities.

  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.

  • Strong project management and operation skills.

  • Fluent in Mandarin and English, Cantonese is preferrable.

  • Proficient in MS Office and POS Software.
