Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the physical and virtual servers, including the installation, configuration, and updates of banking systems and applications according to group standards.

• Participate in project implementation as required.

• Provide on-site and off-site infrastructure support to any location (e.g., Production site, DR site, Branches).

• Maintain daily backup jobs.

• Coordinate with overseas teams (e.g., HK) for maintenance (e.g., patch management).

• Develop and enforce IT security policies to safeguard infrastructure against cyber threats and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

• Quickly diagnose and resolve infrastructure-related technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain service continuity.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation of systems and processes to facilitate knowledge sharing and ensure compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.

• Related working experience in maintaining IT infrastructure (e.g., physical servers, virtual machines, backup and recovery software, server rooms).

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

• Experience in planning and executing projects.

• Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English.
