Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.

  • Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and motivation.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.

  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

  • Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.

  • Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

  • Must hold a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Additional certifications (e.g., PRINCE2).

  • Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in a related industry.

  • Experiences with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a must.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.

  • Proficient in both English and Chinese.
