Job Responsibilities:
Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, goals, deliverables, required resources, budget, and timelines.
Lead and manage project teams, ensuring clear communication, task delegation, and motivation.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and issues.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
Ensure all project deliverables meet the required quality standards and are completed on time and within budget.
Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring efficient use of resources and adherence to financial constraints.
Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
Must hold a current Project Management Professional (PMP) certification. Additional certifications (e.g., PRINCE2).
Minimum of 10 years of project management experience, preferably in a related industry.
Experiences with Agile and Scrum methodologies is a must.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Proficient in both English and Chinese.
