Job Responsibilities:

• Meets, greets, and delivers excellent customer service to in house table and slots players.

• Arranges hotel, transportation, room amenities and other needs for in house players.

• Signing up new players to reach the set target and explain our membership program.

• Refer potential player to sales team to follow up.

Job Requirements:

• High school graduate or equivalent.

• Minimum 1 year working experience in sales marketing or customer service field.

• Presentable with professional grooming.

• Good communications skills.

• Excellent command of both written and spoken Chinese, English is an advantage.
