Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the planning, execution and completion of in-house construction, relocation and renovation activities, ensure all project conform the company’s standard.

  • Conduct regular review of schematic design, design development and construction documents prior to and during implementation of work.

  • Oversee all on-site observation and inspections and ensure smooth project execution.

  • Identify potential delay or issues and implement corrective action in order to minimize the disruption to project timelines.

  • Conduct regular progress meetings to ensure efficient workflow.

 

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum 10 years of in fit-out, interior construction project experiences.

  • Possess relevant professional qualifications.

  • Related working experience in five-star resorts an advantage.

  • Good time management and problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
