Job Responsibilities:
Oversee the planning, execution and completion of in-house construction, relocation and renovation activities, ensure all project conform the company’s standard.
Conduct regular review of schematic design, design development and construction documents prior to and during implementation of work.
Oversee all on-site observation and inspections and ensure smooth project execution.
Identify potential delay or issues and implement corrective action in order to minimize the disruption to project timelines.
Conduct regular progress meetings to ensure efficient workflow.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of in fit-out, interior construction project experiences.
Possess relevant professional qualifications.
Related working experience in five-star resorts an advantage.
Good time management and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
