职位要求:
至少具有20-25年川菜经验,精通炒菜菜式。
拥有五星级酒店或度假村的相关职位经验。
乐于接受新挑战,并在烹饪方面具备创新的创造力。
深入了解川味食材和菜肴。
了解 HACCP 标准。
持有食品安全培训的相关证书。
精通 Excel、Word 和 PowerPoint。
中文流利;熟练英语者优先。
Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for delivering on the company’s Food and Beverage vision, standards and objectives.
Leading and managing teams to produce a consistent high standard of cuisine.
Responsible for taking full operational ownership of the restaurant.
Assists with the design of menus, food presentation, product and style of service to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat clients.
Trains and develops the team as a primary objective, openly sharing knowledge.
Provides guidance and support to team and colleagues.
Work with Restaurant Manager, discuss day to day operational issues and future operational strategies.
Ensures Food Safety Standards are maintained in line with company policy, or as directed by management.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 20-25 years in Sichuan cuisine, with expertise in wok cooking.
Experience in a similar role in Five-star hotels and Resorts.
Open to new challenges and creative in culinary innovation.
Deep understanding of Sichuan ingredients and dishes.
Knowledge of HACCP standards.
Possess Food Safety training / certificates.
Proficient in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Fluent in Chinese; English proficiency is a plus.
