Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with line manager to lead collaborations with media and media agencies, leveraging resources to generate insights of target audiences and analyze competitors for the company.

  • Deliver media strategies including performance media, aligned with campaign objectives, create media planning guideline and ensure media strategy implementation and performance measurement.

  • Understand full campaign process from brief, media plan, media KPI setting, spot plan and media execution and post campaign reports.

  • Collaborate closely with Content team to identify right assets for various channels and reach target audiences with most efficient communication.

  • Closely monitor campaign media spending, analyze and verify media report data, attribute performance results and provide optimization plan proactively and timely, to ensure achievement of communication goals.

  • Work closely with PR, social media and Digital marketing team to ensure communication consistency across all touch points of target audiences.

  • Work with line manager for well planning and monitoring the media budget for Mainland China market and ensure efficiency.

  • Drive team and agency’s performance.

  • Drive execution excellence for campaign activation, media planning, performance media and SEM.

  • Familiar with both digital and offline media execution.

 

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related fields.

  • At least 3 years relevant experiences in media planning and buying.

  • Highly proficient in key social media platforms.

  • Deep knowledge of current social media trends, measurements and tracking methods.

  • With deep understanding about Mainland CN market.

  • Highly organized and as a good communicator.

  • Excellent time management and project management skills.

  • Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with internal business units and external vendors.

  • Very well organized with a proven ability to multi-task and problem-solving.

  • Flexibility and resourcefulness to respond to a fast-paced work environment with shifting deadlines.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English.
