Job Responsibilities:

• Provide system/LAN/WAN administration and monitoring at multiple sites, including nearby China locations;

• Provide end-user supports for all IT HW and network matters at all the responsible sites;

• Coordinate and manage performance of 3rd party service providers;

• Develop and maintain technical documentation;

• Perform ad hoc IT projects;

• Travel and work in China and Hong Kong occasionally.

Job Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines.

• At least 2 years’ system and end-user support experience.

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Windows server, Microsoft Exchange server, Linux server, firewall administration, Windows XP/7/8, Microsoft Office.

• Sound knowledge in network administration and troubleshooting.

• Holder of relevant Microsoft/CCNA certifications and/or software exposure (e.g. C#, Microsoft SQL & .NET) would be an added advantage.

• Good communication skills.

• Self-motivated, logical mindset, independent and dependable.

• Flexible and look for continuous learning and growth.

• Able to travel and work with different cultures.

• Good command in written and spoken English. Basic Mandarin is a plus.
