Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise, provide on-job-training, and assist fellow team member to perform preparation and setting up in the restaurants for service.

  • Provide excellent and professional service to all guests, assist on their requests and inquiries, anticipate needs, resolve complaints, and build rapport with the guests.

  • Liaise with kitchen and beverage teams to maintain a smooth flow of service.

  • Support restaurant manager in achieving all goals and key performance objectives.

 

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent professional training.

  • With well-groomed appearance and good attitude.

  • At least 1 year of working experience as supervisor in a 4/5-star hotel or quality restaurant.

  • Fluent in English, and good in Mandarin or Cantonese.
