Job Responsibilities:

• Perform Spa treatments to guests as assigned, based on established standard protocols & procedures.

• Before greeting and ushering guest to the treatment room, check the treatment room in regards to cleanliness, lighting, smell and functionality of the massage bed, shower area and standard set-up.

• After the treatment, recommend retail products based on the products used.

• Assist the Spa Receptionists during peak periods.

Job Requirements:

• Possess massage therapist diploma.

• 3 years’ experience in similar capacity in a 5-star luxury Hotel or Casino Resort environment.

• With possess knowledge of Ear Spa, Foot Massage, Facial treatments, and Body Massage skills.

• Presentable with professional grooming.

• Possess customer service mindset.

• Fluent in English to effectively communicate with clients, able to speak Mandarin would be an advantage.
