Michelin Background: Minimum 5 years of management experience in a high-volume, Michelin-starred restaurant.
Financial Acumen: Proven ability in financial decision-making and managing complex P&L budgets.
Education: Certificate in Hospitality Business Management; a Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
Leadership Skills: Strong judgment, decisiveness, and the ability to lead customer-focused initiatives.
