Job Responsibilities 
  • P&L Management: Drive the business unit to achieve annual EBITDA and financial targets through strategic planning.

  • Operational Excellence: Oversee daily operations of independent profit centers, ensuring Michelin-level service standards.

  • Strategic Marketing: Coordinate and implement marketing initiatives to grow revenue and enhance brand presence.

  • Compliance & Safety: Ensure full adherence to HACCP, occupational health, and safety legislation within all outlets.

  • Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market surveys to stay ahead of industry trends and provide actionable feedback.

  • Customer Experience: Disseminate guest feedback to teams to continuously enhance service quality and innovation.

  • Facility Maintenance: Manage a continuous maintenance plan to ensure all equipment and facilities are in top condition.

  • Leadership & Culture: Lead succession planning and foster a team culture aligned with the company’s vision and values.

Job Requirements 
  • Michelin Background: Minimum 5 years of management experience in a high-volume, Michelin-starred restaurant.

  • Financial Acumen: Proven ability in financial decision-making and managing complex P&L budgets.

  • Education: Certificate in Hospitality Business Management; a Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.

  • Leadership Skills: Strong judgment, decisiveness, and the ability to lead customer-focused initiatives.

  • Interpersonal Skills: Approaches challenges with a resilient, organized, and innovative mindset.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively lead teams and interact with high-end clientele.

  • Operational Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible shifts, including overnights, weekends, and statutory holidays.

  • Physical Resilience: Ability to stand for extended periods and work overtime as required in a fast-paced environment.
