Job Responsibilities

  • Provide technical oversight for the design and construction of ELV systems (including security & access control, CCTV, structured cabling, Wi‑Fi, TETRA radio, GSM, people‑counting systems and related building equipment), with working knowledge of IBC and Macau local regulatory requirements.

  • Oversee end‑to‑end coordination, on‑site construction, testing and commissioning activities for all assigned ELV systems and equipment.

  • Review construction drawings, specifications and schedules regularly before and throughout project execution to verify compliance with project and construction requirements.

  • Support the preparation of project timelines and schedules covering implementation, construction, equipment delivery, testing and commissioning phases for ELV works.

  • Maintain close communication with the General Contractor and named subcontractor representatives to enforce adherence to company’s project standards and requirements.

  • Liaise cross‑functionally with internal project managers to ensure effective coordination across all engineering and construction disciplines.

  • Collaborate with external consultants during design development to confirm ELV designs satisfy relevant regulations and hotel operational needs.

  • Lead and attend planning and coordination meetings with multi‑party construction stakeholders, and comply with all company policies while acting as an official representative of company.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related engineering field.

  • At least 5 years of experience delivering ELV packages for large hospitality or resort projects in Macau.

  • Strong expertise in ELV systems (Structured Cabling, Network & Security, CCTV, Wi-Fi, TETRA, GSM, people-counting).

  • Knowledge of IBC and local Macau building codes.

  • Experience reviewing contractor submittals, overseeing site installations, handling testing and commissioning (FAT/SAT), managing defects, and completing project handovers.

  • Proficient in both Chinese and English (written and spoken).
