Professional Experience: Proven management experience in a five-star hotel or high-end F&B organization with high-volume sales exposure.
Fine-Dining Background: Prior experience in hotel F&B management or fine-dining environments is a distinct advantage.
Educational Background: Degree holder in Hotel and Restaurant Management or equivalent professional training.
Beverage Expertise: Profound knowledge of wines and beverages; internationally recognized wine qualifications (e.g., WSET) are preferred.
Concept Development: Demonstrated experience in creating and implementing new beverage concepts within a hotel/resort setting.
Regulatory Knowledge: Solid understanding of food safety regulations and practices, specifically HACCP.
Leadership Skills: Strong track record in team building, coaching "star performers," and managing through influence.
Language & Communication: Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin; excellent presentation skills preferred.
