Job Responsibilities:
Produce accurate, construction-ready CAD drawing sets for luxury resort renovation/expansion projects, including: floor plans, reflected ceiling plans (RCPs), flooring plans/layouts, elevations, sections, millwork/joinery details, and architectural integration drawings.
Keep drawing packages current and revision-controlled, incorporating updates from designers and management with full traceability, consistency, and accuracy from issue to issue.
Follow the studio’s drafting standards for every deliverable (sheet format, title blocks, scale, line weights, and overall graphic specifications).
Maintain a well-organized CAD library by regularly updating and archiving standard details, typical joinery drawings, and reference files so they stay reusable and up to date.
Perform pre-issue cross-checks to prevent conflicts by verifying lighting, MEP coordination, FF&E impacts, dimensions, and key technical specifications, and ensure drawings are fully complete before internal review and submission.
Support Craft & Care and Capex projects by completing CAD tasks aligned with design management requirements and studio priorities, on time and to the required quality level.
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or Technical Drafting, with 3–5 years of technical drafting experience and a portfolio of complete, high-quality construction documentation. Hands-on experience in luxury hospitality, integrated resort/gaming, or high-end retail interiors is required.
Advanced AutoCAD skills (layer management, X-refs, custom blocks) and strong Microsoft Office skills for document preparation and reporting, with good knowledge of interior construction, joinery, and custom millwork detailing.
Meticulous with accuracy, dimensioning, line weights, and graphic presentation; able to deliver precise drawings efficiently under tight deadlines.
Macau citizen and competent in written and spoken technical English to interpret briefs and produce fully English drawing documentation.
