Job Responsibilities:

• Perform hair treatments (including Shampoo) and barbering services to guests as assigned, based on established standard protocols & procedures.

• Before greeting and ushering guest to the Salon, check the area in regards to cleanliness, lighting, smell and functionality of equipment, and standard set-up. Clean the Salon and equipment after guest use.

• Before starting the service, reconfirm guest’s treatment selection(s) and potential allergies.

• After the service/treatment, recommend retail products based on the products used.

Job Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, possess hair stylist/colorist certificate from reputable Hair Stylist or Beautician School being an advantage.

• Must possess at least 1 years’ experience, experience in a 5-star luxury Hotel, renowned Barber Shop or Salon being is preferred.

• Barbering experience is preferred (including cutting, styling, shaving and facial hair grooming).

• Presentable with professional grooming.

• Possess customer service mindset.

• Fluent in Chinese to effectively communicate with clients, able to speak English would be an advantage.
